We accept exchanges within 7 days of shipping. Exchanges must be received in their original, unworn and unused condition. All exchanges must be exchanged by the purchaser and the original order number must be provided, along with the reason for the exchange. Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it to us unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Decorated (Custom) items cannot be accepted for return unless defective, damaged or incorrect items shipped. Samples to verify color and sizing are available for inspection by customer prior to placing final order.
Rolling Luggage Returns
There is a 15% restocking fee applied to all returns. We will not cover any damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear and /or damage cause by airlines or other carriers. It is your responsibility to inspect your luggage upon receipt for any damages. Please contact us immediately.
How to properly exchange an item from Sororitique:
Call or write within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box of any authorized returns. Any items returned without an authorization number will not be credited or returned. Return shipments are at customer’s expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
