We accept exchanges within 7 days of shipping. Exchanges must be received in their original, unworn and unused condition. All returns are subject to evaluation by Sororitique and we reserve the right to refuse return of items not in the condition that they were purchased in or that are damaged or destroyed.
All exchanges must be exchanged by the purchaser and the original order number must be provided, along with the reason for the exchange. Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it to us unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Decorated (Custom) items cannot be accepted for return unless defective, damaged or incorrect items shipped. Samples to verify color and sizing are available for inspection by customer prior to placing final order.
Trolley Luggage - we are not responsible for any damage to your luggage after the 7 days have passed. Damage by TSA airline, or boat claims must be made with the company. No exceptions will be made.
How to properly exchange an item from Sororitique:
Email us at Exchange@Sororitique.com within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box of any authorized returns. Any items returned without an authorization number will NOT be credited or returned.
Return shipments are at customer’s expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
You will receive a credit in the original form of payment. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for your return to be received and processed.
