Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. All orders are shipped with UPS or USPS and include tracking + insurance.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of your delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Custom/decorated items cannot be exchanged unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Luggage issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt. After that, damage should be claimed directly with the travel carrier (TSA, airline, cruise, etc.).
Email rashawnda@sororitique.com within 7 days to request an RMA number. Items sent without an RMA cannot be accepted.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for inspection and processing.
