Order Cancellations & Return Policy

We value our customers and will make every effort to resolve any issues with your order.


All Sales Final

  • All sales are final.

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us — we would love the opportunity to assist.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of shipment date.

  • Items must be returned in original, unworn, unused condition with tags/packaging intact.

  • All returns are subject to inspection. Sororitique reserves the right to refuse exchanges for items not in original condition or that are damaged.

  • Only the original purchaser may request an exchange. The original order number and reason for exchange must be provided.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.


Custom & Decorated Items

  • No returns or exchanges on decorated (custom) items unless defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Samples for color and sizing are available prior to final order.


Trolley Luggage

  • We are not responsible for damage after 7 days of receipt.

  • TSA, airline, cruise, or other travel-related damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier. No exceptions.


Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact us at rashawnda@sororitique.com within 7 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return box.

    • Items returned without an RMA will not be credited or returned.

  3. Ship returns at your expense.

  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.


Processing

  • Refunds or credits will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow up to 4 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
