Exchanges:
• Accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Custom/decorated items cannot be exchanged unless defective
Luggage:
Damage reported after 7 days must be filed with the travel carrier (TSA, airline, cruise, etc.).
How to Request an Exchange:
Email rashawnda@sororitique.com within 7 days to request an RMA number.
Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Processing:
Allow up to 4 weeks for inspection and exchange processing.
